ABOUT MY APPROACH:

I take my holistic counselling lens into everything I do, including the way I support individuals living with disabilities. My approach is trauma-informed, deeply compassionate, and adaptable—because no two people’s needs are the same.

Growing up as an undiagnosed neurodivergent kid, I always felt different but didn’t quite know why. Learning was a struggle, and I often felt like I had to work twice as hard just to keep up. Over time, I found ways to support myself, regulate my emotions, and develop practical systems that helped me thrive.

I may not have had the exact same experiences as you, but I’ve had my own, and I believe that’s what allows me to hold a non-judgmental, deeply understanding, and genuine space.

And Finally… A Little Bit About Me!

I’m Rachel—lover of deep chats, cozy vibes, and (semi) spontaneous adventures.

Certified Cat Serenader – My cat Lily is the true queen of my home, and yes, I absolutely sing to her (whether she appreciates it or not).

Health, Mindfulness & Movement Enthusiast – After experiencing my own health crisis 5 years ago, I know how debilitating it is to feel out of control with your health. I now love researching and experimenting with fitness, nutrition, and mindset hacks

Sensory Seeking - I’m sensory seeking and fully embrace fluffy slippers, dressing gowns, and things that feel, smell and taste amazing.

Podcast & Audiobook Junkie – If it’s about psychology, health, or personal growth, I’ve probably listened to it. My brain is like a sponge for all things self-improvement and human behaviour.

Special Interest Collector – I dive headfirst into new obsessions like a pro, only for them to disappear a month later (RIP to all my unfinished projects). But one thing that’s stuck? My deep love for spiritual work & holistic counselling—this is my lane, and I’m here for the long haul.

Nature, Music & Travel – You can catch me beachside, on a hiking trail, or vibing to a weird mix of hip hop, piano covers, and everything in between.

Here’s a little B-roll of my life so you can get a feel for who I am!
